What kind of music do you play?

Both covers and originals. The songs we play by other people span chronologically
from the mid-sixties right up into the naughts. Our material ranges over a variety of
styles, including pop, hard rock, surf, blues, metal, and a smattering of funk.

What's a headstock?

It's the part of a guitar at the narrow end of the neck, where the string tuners are
mounted.

Why Clashing Headstocks?

Bob and Dave Houlbrooke are right-handed guitarists. Dave Ryan and Sean both
wield left-handed instruments. You're a smart cookie, you can figure it out from there.

Where can I hear you play?

We've played in numerous clubs in Fairfield County and New York State.  On New
Year's Eve of 2002, we performed at the
First Night Danbury celebration, and at their
request, returned in 2003.
Check out What's New periodically for breaking details!

Have you recorded anything?

Only a demo CD of covers so far, as a tool for booking gigs. Bob has raw demos
of all our originals mixed to cassette. As time permits, we'll be tracking some
of our own songs soon.

What's with the Web site?  There hasn't been anything new posted in ages!

Purely a case of stubbornness in the face of recalcitrant computer technology.
Bob has been dragged kicking and screaming into the twenty-first century (or
the late nineties, at least), and assures us all that he will be more diligent about
providing info in a timely fashion.  We're more than a little dubious, but willing
to give him the benefit of the doubt.  For now.
